Do any of you guys actually what is going on with Cornerstone? The news they came out with on Friday had a significantly less bands playing Cornerstone and that many of the Cornerstone favorites hadn’t said yes or no yet. That means a potential chariot-less cornerstone, a potential my epic-less cornerstone, along with many other bands that have been staples on the lineup the past 5 years. I know this has to do with money, as they are going to pay NONE of the bands playing, but I bought my ticket with the understanding that certain bands would be there… I understand their side of it, but still, I dont know if I can justify take an almost 1500 mile trip to see one or two bands, even though its the last one. I have to be smart with my money ya know? I hope things shape up soon.
reblogWOW.
First off the White rabbit is an amazing venue, and everyone there was super nice and i literally had to wait in line a minute because everything ran so smoothly. The openers were great. Imaginary cities was good, and buried beds was really amazing. In between the bands I snagged A to B life and Catch for us the foxes on vinyl and a shirt for my brother and a shirt for myself. Then mewithoutYou came on and BLEW EVERYTHING AWAY.
Here is what they played.
